These products are frozen pre-proof and pre-egg washed ready to bake.
Baking instructions :
· Let the products defrost on a tray for 20-30 minutes
· Bake at 350F for 15-20 min depending on the color you want to give to your products (golden color is recommended)
· Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
· Let cool down for 15 min before serving
