Preparation

These products are frozen, pre-proofed and pre-egg washed, ready to bake.

• Let the products defrost on a tray for 20-30 minutes
• Bake at 350°F for 15-20 min depending on the color you want to give to your products (golden color is recommended)
• Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
• Let cool down for 15 min before serving
