Most of these products are frozen, pre-proofed and pre-egg washed, ready to bake. The quiches and breakfast burritos are fully cooked and reheat straight from frozen.

Baking instructions:
· Bistros and croissants: let the products defrost on a tray for 20-30 minutes
· Bake at 350°F:
o 20-25 min for the Bistros
o 12-15 min for the Croissants
o 10 min for the Quiches, straight from frozen, served hot
o 5 min for the Breakfast Burritos, straight from frozen
· Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
· Let cool down for 15 min before serving
