Baking instructions :
· Let the products defrost on a tray for 15 minutes
· For the croissant dough:
o Proof it 1 hour in a hot and humid area
o Shape it
o Egg wash it
o Bake it at 350F for 15-18 min
o Let cool down for 15 min before serving
· For the puff dough and the pie shell:
o Defrost for 20 min
o Bake at 350F for 12-15 min
o Let cool down for 15 min before serving
· Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
