Preparation
These products are frozen, ready to bake.
- Let the products defrost on a tray for 15 minutes
- For the croissant dough: proof 1 hour in a hot and humid area, shape, egg wash, bake at 350°F for 15-18 min, cool 15 min before serving
- For the puff dough and the pie shell: defrost 20 min, bake at 350°F for 12-15 min, cool 15 min before serving
- Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
