These products are frozen pre-proof and pre-egg washed ready to bake.
Baking instructions :
· Let the products defrost on a tray for 15 minutes
· Bake at 350F:
o 20 min for the Bistros
o 12-15 min for the Guava, Mango, Caramel, Apple delight and Rhubarb strawberry delight
· Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
· Let cool down for 15 min before serving
