Preparation

These products are frozen, pre-proofed and pre-egg washed, ready to bake.

• Let the products defrost on a tray for 15 minutes
• Bake at 350°F — 20 min for the Bistros, 12-15 min for the Guava, Mango, Caramel, Apple Delight and Rhubarb Strawberry Delight
• Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
• Let cool down for 15 min before serving
