The Madeleines are frozen ready to thaw & serve.
Baking instructions fort the mini pastries:
· Let the products defrost on a tray for 15 minutes
· Bake at 350F for 12-15 min depending on the color you want to give to your products (golden color is recommended)
· Don’t open the oven door for the first 10 min
· Let cool down for 15 min before serving
