Description

A rustic buckwheat loaf from the Bridor signé Frédéric Lalos collection, made with Bridor’s own wheat sourdough and baked in a stone oven. It is par-baked: finish it in your oven for a crisp crust and a fresh-bread aroma at service, for bread baskets, toast and sandwiches. About 1 lb per loaf, 16 per case, delivered wholesale across Tampa Bay, Pinellas, Sarasota/Manatee and Central Florida.

Preparation

These products are frozen and par-baked.
