Description

Our best-selling croissant: a large pure butter croissant with classic French flaky layers, made with cage-free eggs. It arrives frozen and ready to bake, so cafés, hotels and restaurants can bake off exactly what they need each morning and serve it warm. Delivered by case of 60 on our Pinellas, Tampa Bay, Sarasota/Manatee and Central Florida routes.

Preparation

These products are frozen, pre-proofed and pre-egg washed, ready to bake.

• Let the products defrost on a tray for 20-30 minutes
• Bake at 350°F for 15-20 min depending on the color you want to give to your products (golden color is recommended)
• Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
• Let cool down for 15 min before serving
