Preparation

The pastry products are frozen, pre-proofed and pre-egg washed, ready to bake. The Madeleines are frozen, ready to thaw & serve.

• Let the products defrost on a tray for 15 minutes
• Bake at 350°F for 12-15 min depending on the color you want to give to your products (golden color is recommended)
• Don’t open the oven door for the first 10 min
• Let cool down for 15 min before serving
