Description

A savory breakfast souffle of flaky, buttery pastry filled with spinach and cheese, baked in a silicone ramekin so it holds its shape. Preparation

These products are frozen, pre-proofed and pre-egg washed, ready to bake.

• Let the products defrost on a tray for 20-30 minutes
• Place each souffle in a silicone ramekin so it keeps its shape during baking
• Bake at 350°F for 12-15 min, until the pastry is golden and the filling is set
• Don’t open the oven door for the first 12 min
• Let cool down for 15 min before serving
