About French Bakery Distribution
We started in December 2021 with a straightforward idea: take the best product from each of the serious frozen bakery producers, put it in one catalog, and let a Florida kitchen serve pastry that tastes like Europe.
That is still how we buy. We are not tied to a single factory, so a croissant comes from whoever makes the best croissant, and a cheesecake from whoever makes the best cheesecake. Nearly 200 products across patisserie, pastries, breads, beignets, madeleines, mignardises, raw dough and more.
Producers we carry
We carry products from Bridor, Bindi, Symphony Pastries and White Toque, alongside other European and American producers. If you already buy one of these brands and want them delivered in Florida, we can supply you.
Who we supply
Cafés, hotels, restaurants, independent retailers, bakeries, catering companies and other foodservice businesses that need frozen bakery goods they can rely on.
Ready to bake, thaw and serve, or par-baked
Every product falls into one of three categories, and it tells you what your kitchen has to do:
- Thaw & Serve — no oven needed. Defrost and put it in the display. Around 80 products.
- Ready to Bake — pre-proofed and pre-egg washed. Straight from freezer to oven. Around 43 products.
- Par-Baked — part-baked already. A few minutes to finish and color. Around 14 products.
No pastry skills required in the kitchen, and consistent results from one delivery to the next.
Quality
Our producers are mostly clean label, and several hold kosher or halal certification. If you need certification details for a specific product, ask and we will get them for you.
